Online Registration

Registering online is the quickest and easiest way to reserve your space at the Symposium.

  • Visit our online registration site.
  • Start by selecting attendee category and provide the information requested.
  • Print the registration confirmation email, which is sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive the registration confirmation, please contact us at 412-624-5293.
Please bring the printed confirmation with you to the Symposium.

Paper Registrations by Fax or Mail

If you are unable to register online, please contact us for a paper registration form. Completed forms can be e-mailed to rehabmtg@pitt.edu, faxed to 412-624-5228, or US mail sent to:

Paper registration confirmation receipt will be emailed or faxed within one week of receiving it.

Registration is complete only when you receive the receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us at 412-624-5293.

Please bring a copy of the receipt with you to the Symposium.

Cancellations

The UPMC Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences reserves the right to cancel this program if sufficient registrations are not received. In the case of cancellation, the Symposium will fully refund registration fees.

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail, e-mail or fax. Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before September 31, 2017 will be completely refunded. After September 31, 2017, a $75 administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2017. Cancellation requests should be sent to Katy Wharton.
